Going out West to the Sturgis Mustang Rally in South Dakota on August 29 thru September 7th, FCMC was represented by 4 Mustangs. We visited a lot of beautiful country on our way out. There were lots of activities to do all week poker run, thru the mountains, Mustang rodeo, barrel racing, drifting, drag racing, auto-cross, drive in movie and bands playing. Sure was plenty to keep you busy.
While we were out there we did a lot of sightseeing: Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Devil’s Tower in Montana, Iron Mountain, Needles Highway, Spearfish Valley, The Black Hills, The Badlands just to name a few.
The show on Saturday was great, well organized, there were 532 Mustangs registered and about that many more who were not registered. Bill & Janet, Greg & Cindy brought home a gold award. Marty & Brenda brought home a silver award.
Greg & Cindy and Chris & Lisa headed home Monday morning the rest of us headed up into North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin before we made a southward turn to head home.
What a fanatic trip, ready to go West again, such beautiful scenery!!!
