On a nice September 16th day FCMC had their annual breakfast and poker run hosted by Marty and Brenda. The morning started out very chilly for the breakfast but as the day went on the temps were in the high 70’s. We started the morning with a big country breakfast buffet with everything you could want and more, thanks to Pam & Garry for the wonderful donuts, Greg and Cindy for the scrumptious casserole and to Steve and Nancy for the fresh fruit. After the cleanup was completed we had our first card draw then we loaded up our cars and headed out for the poker run. We drove thru back roads to Madison stopping at the Madison Motors to check out the new 2024 Mustang and another card draw. Leaving there we headed to some really scenic country in the hills of Madison making stops along the way for card draws, one stop was in downtown Madison where we had a photo op of our Mustangs in front on the Kindness mural . We eventually ended up at Mi Viego Mexican for a late lunch and to go over the trivia questions we had along the way, Chris and Lisa won again this year with the highest score. This year we had 21 Mustangs on the poker run with 46 people for breakfast.
The best poker hand went to Jeff, Staci and JJ for 1st place, 2nd place went to Steve and Stephanie with Mark, Andrea and Zack taking 3rd place.
