A fun filled day was in store for the club as we started our journey Marty and Brenda’s house with a big country breakfast on Sept 17th. We started the poker run right after breakfast heading out into the country along some beautiful back roads. Making stops along the way such as Gateway Classics, stopping at the Cobblestone hotel for a drawing for a free night at the hotel, an old castle tour, stopping at an old barn with the American flag for a photo opt just to name a few, as we drew our poker cards at each stop. Our last stop was at Summers on the River bar and grill for a late lunch and to give out prizes for the best poker hands and answers to the trivia questions we had along the way.
